Design & Simulation Job Requirements

As a Design and Simulation Engineer at Millennium Inc, you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing automation systems through advanced design and simulation techniques. Your expertise will be pivotal in creating innovative solutions and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our automation projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to understand automation system requirements and objectives.
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed 2D and 3D models of automation systems and components.
• Perform simulations and virtual testing to evaluate the performance and functionality of automation systems.
• Identify potential design flaws or inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Generate accurate technical drawings, schematics, and documentation for manufacturing and assembly.
• Work closely with mechanical and electrical engineers to ensure seamless integration of components.
• Participate in design reviews and provide valuable input to optimize system designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in design and simulation.
• Continuously improve design and simulation processes to enhance project efficiency.
• Contribute to the development of innovative automation solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, automation engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
• Experience with simulation software for dynamic analysis and modeling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
• Familiarity with automation concepts and principles (preferred).
• Previous experience in industrial design and simulation (preferred).
