Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Project Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in successfully managing complex projects, preferably in the automation or technology sector.
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and motivate individuals to achieve project goals.
• Budget and Resource Management: Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure projects are delivered within scope and on time.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
• Organizational Skills: Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring that all project objectives are met on time and within scope.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and designers, to ensure successful project implementation.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve project issues.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the project team.
• Ensure project documentation and reporting are accurate and up to date.
